Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 4 pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be dispatched the next working day. None of our couriers collects from us on Saturday or Sunday, so any order placed after 4 pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

Delivery to Work/Business Addresses

If you choose to have your order delivered to a business address, we cannot be held responsible if a colleague signs for the order and doesn’t pass it along to you. We consider the order delivered when anyone at the address you nominate for delivery signs for it and will not accept claims for non-delivery in these circumstances.
